Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited has provided assistance to the flood-affected citizens. The bank has provided Rs 2,22,22,222 to the flood-affected citizens.
The bank has extended financial support to Prime Minister Natural Disaster Rescue and Relief Fund (PMLRF) for the rescue, treatment and relief of the people affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River of Bagmati Province on August 26.
The bank has expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured and has deposited the amount to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Fund to provide relief to all the people affected by the disaster.
Finance Minister Dr. The bank’s chairman Prabal Jung Pandey handed over the amount to Swarnim Wagle.
Member of Board of Directors of the bank Mr. Digvijay Bista and Chief Executive Officer of the bank Mr. Ganesh Raj Pokharel were also present on the occasion.
