Kathmandu. Nepal Valuers Association (NVA) has expressed serious concern over the notice published by Nepal Bank Limited to list valuers.
The association has issued a notice expressing serious objection. The provisions mentioned in the notice are signed between Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) and Nepal Valuers Association (NVA). It has claimed that it is against the spirit, spirit and consensus of the agreement signed in 2074.
Issuing a press release, the Association has urged Nepal Bank to immediately implement the process as per the agreement.
Otherwise, it will be compelled to launch a strong protest against Nepal Bank Limited for the protection of its members’ rights, interests and professional rights.
The statement signed by Association Chairman Engineer Sanjay Kumar Mahato demanded immediate correction in the process initiated by Nepal Bank unilaterally.
The association has also made it clear that Nepal Bank Limited should bear the responsibility of all losses, effects and consequences arising out of the process.
