Narendra Dev Adhikari, who works as the assistant manager of Sunrise Bank, has filed a writ of certiorari against Sunrise Bank. The writ petition filed by Adhikari against Sunrise Bank&#8217;s central office, Gairidhara, Kathmandu, the bank&#8217;s Chief Executive Officer Suman Sharma, the head of the human resources department, Kanchan Joshi and the board of directors. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A division bench of Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Bal Krishna Dhakal of the Supreme Court (SC) has decided not to hear the case.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"1\">\n<\/p>\n<p><p dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"2\"> Adhikari had filed a writ against Sunrise Bank on Chaitra 4, 2078. In this case, sometimes a show cause order was issued and an order was issued to present it for a full hearing. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><p class=\"x1yc453h xma8rkl xgoqxah xutxfr x1fie51u xgyxj25 x1xobyvs x1elgs31 x1fv8qjw xcy5tzr x1ht4adc xnvauns x1c2l018 x14l7nz5 xuw7688 x1pjt2rx x160d6zm xrxpjvj\" dir=\"ltr\" data-assistant-stream-block=\"\" data-assistant-stream-block-index=\"4\"> Earlier, the case was not heard on May 16, 2029, August 1, 2081, April 15, 2082 and September 25, 2083.
