Kumari Bank has filed another writ petition against the Supreme Court&#8217;s order. Earlier, the Supreme Court had issued an interim order not to implement the action taken by Kumari Bank officer Trupti Rana for the time being. <\/p>\n<p>The bank had filed a writ petition against Rana on September 22 seeking quashing of the interim order. However, even though the hearing was scheduled on different dates, the writ petition filed by the bank against Rana was &#8216;not maintainable&#8217;. <\/p>\n<p>Trupti Rana, an officer of Kumari Bank, has also filed a writ petition against the bank&#8217;s central office, board of directors and chief executive officer Ram Chandra Khanal. <\/p>\n<p>Although a joint bench of Justices Nripa Dhoj Niraula and Shanti Singh Thapa was scheduled for September 30, the case was &#8216;not heard&#8217;.
