(With information)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu. Two persons have been arrested for cheating people using unauthorized SIM cards and bank accounts. Kathmandu Police have arrested two persons on the charge of fraud and illegal financial transactions by forcing them to open bank accounts using SIM cards. <\/p>\n<p>The arrested have been identified as Sagar Sah, 35, of Sunbarshi Municipality-6 of Morang and currently living in Kathmandu and 28-year-old Ananda Acharya of Chautara Sangachowkgadhi Municipality-12 of Sindhupalchowk.
