The tax fixed by the Large Taxpayers&#8217; Office, Lalitpur, to the then NIC Asia Bank (now NIC Asia Bank) has finally agreed to pay 1 percent additional tax. The bank has agreed to pay the tax by withdrawing the case from the Supreme Court. <\/p>\n<p>The tax was assessed by the Large Taxpayers&#8217; Office on the then NIC Asia. After that, NIC went to the administrative court. After losing the case there, NIC went to the court to appeal.
