Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Limited has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issue manager for the issuance of 5.5% Nabil Debentures 2093. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Manoj Kumar Gyawali, CEO of Nabil Bank and Mandeep Luitel, CEO of Global IME Capital signed the agreement.<\/p>\n
\n<\/p>\n
The bank will issue 40 lakh units of debentures with a maturity period of 10 years at an interest rate of 5.5 per cent at a face value of Rs 1,<\/p>\n
000 per debenture. The debentures worth Rs 4 billion will be issued. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Out of this, 24 lakh units of debentures will be issued for a total of Rs.<\/p>\n
2.40 billion will be issued by individuals. In addition, 16 lakh units of debentures will be issued for a total of Rs. 1.60 billion (5% of which i.e. 65,000 units) will be issued through the public issue. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
