The arrested are Ramechhap Municipality Ward No. 04 and currently living in Budhanilkantha Municipality Ward No. 10, Hari Chandra Ale Magar, 22, of Kapan. <\/p>\n<p>Rohina Kumari Negi had filed a complaint against Magar. Magar, who was absconding after getting permission from the Kathmandu District Court in connection with a banking fraud case, is currently in police custody. <\/p>\n<p>The police team arrested him from Thapathali on August 22.
