Six banks have sought prior approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) to distribute returns to shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082\/83. <\/p>\n<p>They are Nabil Bank, Kumari Bank, Machhapuchchhre Bank, Everest Bank, Sanima Bank and Nepal Infrastructure Bank. <\/p>\n<p>Shareholders of 6 banks are likely to get dividend in a few months if Nepal Rastra Bank approves it on time. <\/p>\n<p>In terms of dividend capacity, there is a significant difference between banks. Everest Bank has the highest dividend yield of 38.32 percent. Sanima Bank has 20.85 percent dividend, Nabil Bank 19.10 percent, Machhapuchchhre Bank 7.51 percent and Kumari Bank 3.02 percent. <\/p>\n<p>The actual dividend rate will be determined only after approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and approval from the general meeting of the concerned bank. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
