Earlier, a division bench of Justices Kumar Regmi and Sunil Kumar Pokhrel was scheduled for hearing the case on August 12. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ambir Babu Gurung had filed a contempt of court case against Suman Sharma, CEO of Prabhu Bank, at the Supreme Court on July 13.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Gurung had filed a case at the Supreme Court against CEO Sharma for defying the court&#8217;s order. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the first hearing of the case was adjourned on August 3, August 19, August 25 and August 12.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<\/p>\n<p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"> After this, the case was &#8216;not maintained&#8217; in the bench.
