The contempt of court case filed against Prabhu Bank&#8217;s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Suman Sharma has been filed on August 9. A division bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Tek Prasad Dhungana was hearing the case. <\/p>\n<p>Ambir Babu Gurung had filed a contempt of court case against CEO of Prabhu Bank Suman Sharma on July 30. After CEO Sharma ignored the court&#8217;s order, Gurung went to the Supreme Court with the case. <\/p>\n<p>The first hearing of the case was adjourned to &#8220;not be seen&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>If the CEO of the bank is found guilty, he could face a cash fine and jail sentence as per the law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
