A total of 13 employees of the commercial branch of Nepal SBI Bank have filed a complaint at the Human Rights Commission (NHRC) accusing the branch manager of harassing them and forcing them to work overtime till 11:00 pm.\u00a0Controversy has surfaced at the bank&#8217;s Lainchaur Commercial Branch over the workplace environment, employee harassment and unbalanced workload. <\/p>\n<p>A total of 15 current and former employees of the branch, which accounts for 25 percent of the bank&#8217;s total loan investment and manages billions of deposits and loans, have filed a collective complaint at the Bank Employees Association against the behavior and working style of the branch manager. <\/p>\n<p>So far, the employees of the bank have appealed to the Human Rights Commission. The employees of the bank have filed a complaint at the Human Rights Commission alleging that human rights are not respected and protected. <\/p>\n<p>As many as 13 employees of the commercial branch of the bank have filed a complaint at the Commission, alleging that they were subjected to mental harassment and abusive behavior by the branch manager. The employees have filed a written complaint with the commission alleging that they were forcibly working overtime beyond the stipulated time till 11 pm. <\/p>\n<p>The Commission has also taken serious note of the oppression on the bank employees.
