Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has withdrawn the corrective action taken against Pokhara Finance Limited. The central bank has issued a notice lifting the action. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) had taken corrective action against Pokhara Finance. <\/p>\n<p>Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has withdrawn corrective action against Pokhara Finance with effect from the date of commencement of integrated transaction with Samriddhi Finance. <\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the capital fund ratio of Pokhara Finance was found to be far below the minimum threshold set by Nepal Rastra Bank after the overall on-site inspection report based on the unrefined financial statements of the fiscal year 2081\/82 and the supervisory adjustment of non-on-site details of the fiscal year 2081\/82. <\/p>\n<p>The NRB then took action on February 7, 2081 as per clause (c) of Bylaw 3 of the Bylaws Related to Prompt Corrective Action. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
