Chairman of Ram Janaki Health Foundation, Om Prasad Pandey, has been arrested on the charge of misusing loan by establishing a cell company. <\/p>\n<p>The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) on Wednesday arrested Shreswornath Municipality-1 from the premises of Janaki Medical College in Ramdaiya. Janaki Medical College is being run under the same foundation. <\/p>\n<p>According to CIB spokesperson SSP Shiva Kumar Shrestha, the Patan High Court had issued an arrest warrant against Pandey on December 12, 2082. He said that the investigation process has been initiated on the basis of this. <\/p>\n<p>The CIB said it is investigating the misuse of the banking system, issuing loans by submitting false details and using the loans against the intended purpose.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
