Currently, Dhakal is the deputy CEO of the bank. <\/p>\n
The bank’s CEO Jyoti Prakash Pandey has been arrested in connection with the Smart Telecom scam. <\/p>\n
Chief of Finance and Planning Department of the bank, Sachin Tibrewal, said that Dhakal has been given authority to carry out all matters related to the operation of the bank as Pandey is under investigation. <\/p>\n
