A fugitive accused in the Kist Bank fraud case has been arrested. The arrested has been identified as Rohit Lal Shrestha. <\/p>\n<p>The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has arrested Rohit Lal Shrestha. CIB Spokesperson and Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Shiva Kumar Shrestha said that the accused was arrested on the charge of cheating the bank by using fake documents, fake seals, fake bank employees and fake security guards. <\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court had sentenced him to two years in jail and a fine of Rs 1,333,333 in the case.
